HT32 Double Bollard Grip
When using the double bollard grip, a vice clamp holds the free end of the specimen, which is then wrapped around two bollards in a figure of eight configuration. Friction on the bollards reduces the stress at the clamp point, preventing premature failure of the specimen.
The 99-032-0000 grip is used on benchtop materials testing machines.
